Jackson Lake State Park May 15-17 2020
This was the 4th time that I have taken the kids to Jackson Lake. It is voted one of the, "Top 15 Park Beaches" and one of the best places to take young kids. We have many happy memories of this place. It was very early in the season to go camping. We usually go in July, but we were feeling so stir crazy at home. I made a reservation on May 1st and crossed my fingers that they wouldn't cancel the reservation. Thankfully, governor Polis lifted the camping restriction 3 days before our reservation. The night before we were supposed to leave, I got slammed with a ton of work. I was up late sending messages to parents and responding to students. Report cards are due soon and the school changed the way that things were supposed to be submitted. So, I asked Lloyd to pack the truck. He did a great job fitting everything in the back.
